Back in the aughts I came across a cassette copy of what turned out to be one of the last interviews of John Coltrane. (The whole thing is available here soundcloud.com/pacificaradioarchives/bc1266-an-interview-with-john-coltrane-by-frank-kofsky.) At the time I was working with an early DJ program called Acid. Influence by the work of the Disposable Heroes Of Hiphoprisy with William S. Burroughs, I chopped up the interview and mixed it up with some break beats and some samples. This is the result.
